Hermione grudgingly dragged herself into the noisy Great Hall. On any other occasion, she would have looked forward to seeing the few friends she had. She would have sat down at Gryffindor Table with a book in one hand, a fork in the other, shoveling food into her mouth in a mad dash to get to the Library. Harry and Ron would have stared at her in awe, because what person her size could possibly fit that much food into her body? But right now, all she wanted to do was go find a quiet room where there was no noise, no empty seats where her friends had been, no way to tell that they were gone.
Gone. She hadn't thought about that word in quite some time. Hermione paused, watching the busy bodies move from table to table, talking to heir friends in different houses. She was, as it seemed, the last one to have entered the Great Hall. The staff table had been talking in hushed tones about unknown topics, but when her bushy brown hair was made visible, they stopped all conversation and watched her. She hated being watched. She was watched all the time. They waited for another breakdown...another show that would reveal how fragile Hermone Granger really is. She hated them all.
Ignoring the block of ice that was settled into her chest and, ever so painfully, melting for the entire world to see, Hermione held her head high and sassed her way toward Gryffindor Table where she would sit, inevitably, alone.

Mebas seen hermione and felt sorry for her. He was trying to not to hurt her before, but last night came and it made him feel closer to her. He finishes eating and leaves the great room and walks to the outside part. He was going to see if he could do something today. He never had anyfriends except one. Her name was hermione and everybody else was around him wasn't his friend. Even if they tried to know him, but he didn't want to let them and told them to bug off.

Hermione couldn't stand the silence. How could it be so loud and so completely quiet at the same time? No one really spoke to her anymore, except to express their sorrow for the lost Hogwarts Heros. But she was tired of hearing that. She stood up in the middle of an apology and left the Great Hall.

Mebas looks around at the scenery. He sits down on the top steps and closes his eyes. He smiles happily, falling down onto his back. He was happy with his life for now because of no enemys and such.

Hermione made it up to the top most tower of the castle: The astronomy tower. She leaned against the window, pressing her forehead to the cool glass and watched the wind play in the leaves of the trees.

Mebas was wondering if hermione liked him or not. He gets up, getting furstrated about it and walks off to a tree and climbs it to the top then jumps up from it and floats in the air. He looks around in the air and shrugs, going back down because of not seeing her anywhere outside.

Hermione sae Mebas. She shrank back on instinct, not wanting pity from anyone. But then she knew that he wouldn't pity her and that was comforting.

Mebas lands down on the ground and shakes his head. He walks to a tree and punches it lightly to see if anything happen and the only thing that did was his hand bleeding a little. He walks back into the castle and heads to a spot to just hang out there until the day was finished.

Hermione wandered the halls, unsure of where she was really going. She didn't want to go to the Library because she'd only hope to see her friends. They wouldn't be ther.

Mebas keeps walking, not looking where he was going and bumps into hermione. He looks down and helps her up then walks off. "Sorry mam. I didn't mean too." He keeps walking until he gets to a bench and sits down on it.
